We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are dissatisfied with our service within 3 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund. This policy does not apply to renewals, add-ons, or custom services.

While we strive to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service, ByteNode does not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any downtime, including but not limited to maintenance periods, server failures, or other events beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

ByteNode is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or interruption of business, arising out of your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or if we believe your actions may harm the integrity of the platform or other users. You may cancel your account by contacting support.
